nope, I changed the security on the router to WEP and it will "connect" and give me sporatic use of the internet, but nothing solid. I am going to try another router today, I guess this is as good a time as any to upgrade to a G...

HELP! I cannot get my 710m to connect to my network

So I have a WPA setup on a Linksys 802.11b at the fiance's, the 600m and dimension 2400 connect fine, but I cannot get the 710m to connect for the life of me. It works fine on campus and at my house on a d-link wireless. Any suggestions? I have tried resetting the router and the key several...

So, I click "connect" and it simply searches and goes through the motion resulting into the "automatic" setting on the specified network, but wont actually connect...

Dell 600m Suddenly lost internet connection

Also, if I plug a cable directly into the back of the modem I can access the internet but still get the limited or no connectivity... Other computers work wirelessly just fine from the router...

Dell 600m Suddenly lost internet connection

My Dell 600m's wireless was working fine earlier this morning, when I came back home this evening, it will neither connect wirelessly nor through a lan line. It says limited or no connectivity either way. I have tried: Repairing the connection Reseting the Winsock on cmd Pinging the cmd...

Celeron on an ABIT MOBO, to bend a pin or not?

Running one Mobile Celeron 1.8GHz /256k L2 socket 478 CPU on an ABIT IS7 V2, will I need to bend a pin (which one) to get it to post?

Just built a cheapo comp for my buddy and I cannot get it to post. All the fans (vid card, hsf, psu) turn on the hard drive spins and the mobo lights up. But NO beep(s) No Post. The monitor just frowns blinking... Abit IS7 V2 Nvidia 5200 Fx 1.6 ghz w/ cooler master 512 pc3200...

No video! (New build)

Just built a cheap comp for a friend. Cant get any video. Abit IS7 V2 Nvidia 5200 Fx 1.6 ghz w/ cooler master 256 pc3200 80gb 7200 8mb cache 52x cdrw codegen 350 watt Powers on fine, but the monitor doesnt pick up the card....
