How long did the honeymoon stage last in your marriage??

It takes many years to really know what a person is all about. In the long term, it's about the ability to adapt to the life that you both have, and not get overly focused on the life that one or both of you want. Kind of abstract, but some folks in here probably know what I mean. Answer...

Well, you do not have to get all of your education in school. At school, learn from the book as the teacher requests. Then, spend additional time of your doing additional things to learn. Jeremy806

Lock in mortgage rates?

2% seems like a big premium for a 5 year lock, perhaps you need to look in more places. If rates jump, it seems to be a matter of being screwed immediately or just at the end or your term. Neither situation would be very happy.

Is property really cheap or something? In the U.S., most people get a 15 or 30 and have a pretty decent payment. Not many folks can pay off a house in just 5 years. Everyone does what works for them, just remember, miss the payment = lose your home, that is why so many people opted for fixed...

Study: Secondhand Smoke Is Much More Dangerous Than First Thought

So it's bad, big deal, then stay away from it. As far as I am concerned, let a business owner decide what goes on in his or her place. If I do not like it, I'll take my money elsewhere. Too many smoker bashers these days (not necessarily here, just in general). jeremy777
