Actually, it has allowed me to use one drive (the former D drive). If any others are plugged in, no boot, but lots of clicks.

x-fi drivers lost after reboot

I had the same problem. What I discovered is that if I restarted, the sound card drivers would not show up. If I shut down completely, and then rebooted, it would work fine. For some reason, it does not like restarts...

Auzentech Prelude Stops Working after 8800GT Is Installed

Ahhhh... much obliged, sir. The sad part is that I had downloaded the patch when it came out, but was waiting until I started using Vista 64-bit in about a week. I never knew about the "time bomb" problem. Thanks again!

Auzentech Prelude Stops Working after 8800GT Is Installed

Actually, having had been a beta tester for 6 months prior to Vista's release, I haven't had ANY hardware problems until now, and up until I changed my video card, it was working flawlessly.
