Which motherboard should I get?

Which is a better line of cases?

Antec or CoolerMaster? I was thinking either the Antec 1200 or one of the Cooler Master cases like the Cosmos 1000. I want as much airflow as I possibly can along with enough space for my stuff. My specs so far: Intel i7 920 2.66ghz Quad Core Gigabyte GA-EX58 Extreme X58 Motherboard...

ATI Radeon 4870 Crossfire

Is it true that if my monitor doesn't support resolutions above 1680x1050 then there is little point in getting a Crossfire setup? Someone told me that in certain reviews that I would be better off just getting 1 4870 X2 card instead. Your thoughts?

Which gaming laptop for $2000?

Should I buy Vista?

My pc specs are in sig, and I'm still loving XP Pro but I'm curious if I should go ahead and do the Vista upgrade. I still only have 2 gigs of RAM and I heard that Vista runs optimal with 4 gigs. I mostly game with my PC. So, would you guys recommend me going the Vista route and if so...

Nah. Not really into Crysis at all. I'm more of an MMO player. Currently playing Vanguard waiting for either AoC or Warhammer Online now.

New video card - My old 8800GTS died

I called Gigabyte support and they said my board would work with those PCI Express 2.0 cards however it would downgrade the video card bandwidth to 1.1 because thats what my board mainly supports.

Oh I have another question. I noticed on the new 8800GT and GTS 512mb cards it says PCI Express 2.0 x 16. Do I have to have a motherboard that supports PCI Express 2.0 x16? This is my current motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/...p?Item=N82E16813128048
