In case you weren't aware, the Corsair HX series are built by Seasonic and based on the M12 platform. The HX is quieter since it excludes the 60mm fan. They also come with a 5yr. warranty.
Do a custom install from the cd and choose only the audio creation/game/entertainment consoles (first choice if memory serves me correctly), reboot, then install the latest X-fi drivers from Creative's website.
