mATX mobo suggestions, which one to pick?

Thanks for the reply. Anybody else with some experience? Newegg reviews seem decent for the other boards. Guess I can't go wrong.

mATX mobo suggestions, which one to pick?

Looking to upgrade my system from the one in my sig. Keeping the same case. Upgrading mobo, ram, cpu. I narrowed it down to these 3 boards. I'm leaning towards the MSI cause its cheaper. Good idea or bad? HDMI output needed which these all have.. Light gaming CS and possibly LFD, surfing...
