Hi All.
I fancy building a system for the first time in ages. I don't even intend to keep it. I just want to build one and then sell it for Christmas etc. The idea is a fairly decent, usable gaming PC but nothing too over the top. I'm hoping for 1080p gaming really...
So Der8aur did a video of him with a 4kw chiller and watercooling loop, overclocking the 10900k all the way up to 5.4Ghz with a serious water block and achieved a cinebench of under 7000.
Here is a chap doing the same cinebench test getting over 7000 points with a 3900x on a stock AMD...
Hi All!
I'd like to start my own forum for a car I'm interested in. I'd like a proper domain name for it as well. I am getting rather confused with it all as I've never made a website before. From what can gather I need 3 things.
1) A domain name.
2) A hosting server?
3) A tool to build the...
What I struggle to understand then is what they have spent all that money on?! They have spent all that cash and ended up designing them self into a corner architecture wise and completely made a hash of their 10nm introduction. I suppose it must have gone on all their little side hussles like...

This has just been released by Forbes. How true do you all think this is? Is this a helpless attempt at staying relevant? What...
I have just seen this. Cracked me up a bit. What gaming person is going out and spending £500 on just the CPU!! It's not about "The perfect gaming CPU" it's about usability and cost effectiveness. Which Intel has been useless at for a while.
Intel have just released this surprise CPU. https://www.forbes.com/sites/antonyleather/2019/05/26/intel-announces-shock-core-i9-9900ks-amd-ryzen-killer-and-most-powerful-mainstream-cpu-ever/#773747955308
Is it just me or are they really clutching at straws at the moment?
Brilliant! I wish I could watch it live but that date is basically 3am the middle of Sunday night where I live! -_-
I hope they reveal some proper knock out blows as that'll definitely level the playing field among the CPU and GPU worlds if they do.
1 - Intel Pentium 3 something or other.
2 - AMD Athlon XP 3200
3 - Intel Pentium 4 3.2Ghz
4 - AMD Athlon 64 x2 5600
5 - Intel Core i5-6200U
6 - Looks like the next one is due to be an AMD. Perfect timing! :D
Haven't we all just witnessed though, an AMD beating an Intel at single core performance, at less power, on a prototype chip, and with the option them possibly throwing another chiplet onto the same CPU and putting a 16 core 32 threader in the market?
