Help picking NAS box

Do Atheros Mini PCI Wireless cards really improve performance?

at one time i had a 100 mw cisco 350 pcmcia card, it was a noticable difference, but my concern with those 400mw ones is how clean is the signal, i mean sure i can put a 1 watt amp on my pci linksys card, but it wont come close to the singal quality of my cisco pci 350 card with the same...

yes, or a more powerfull card, also linksys makes this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16833124163 just a usb adapter, but you can move it closer to a window or somethig to try to get better reception, or get a range extender also made by linksys

WinXP home oem compatible with Dell cd key?

i cant count how many times ive had to call in and re-auth my key, i have 2 legit copies of pro and 2 machines that they each run on, though through mobo changes and forgetting which key went with what box those 3 auths per copy or whatever wear out fast, course theres always the option of...

WinXP home oem compatible with Dell cd key?

in my experiences with oem copies of xp, ms seems to make copies specificly for dell, hp, toshiba, etc...if you look on the dell cd key tag youll see a little dell in the top right, so in this situation, the key you have with your copy will have to be used on the install though thats illegal
