Direct 3D settings--Radeon Question

I'm not sure what it means. Under the Direct 3D title in the display properties, one option is "Z-buffer bit depths". It is defaulted to 16;24. You can have merely 16, or 16;24;32. Obviously the current one is better...but is the 16;24;32 better still? What does it do? Also, what...

Radeon win2k beta drivers...tried 'em?? 3102 OR 3100

HAs anyone tried the new Radeon win2k drivers? I believe they are the 3102's, released a few days ago. Just curious if they're better...or even if the 3100's (released last month) are better. I'm running on something before both of those. Thanks (anyone can reply, but i have the AIW 32 DDR)

AIW Radeon Win2K drivers

Okay, I've heard so many conflicting things. Can you tell me what the best set of drivers is right now for win2k? I do NOT know how to edit the registry...if it's necessary for one to be the best, please let me know how. The ones I can get are: 1) 3035, the newest real drivers 2) 7020...

GIMFB, which is better for you? AIW or VTV? Cause that's among my options.. of course it depends on your video card in your 2nd comp. But i'm either going AIW Radeon, VTV200 & V3 3000, or WinTV & V3 3000

hauppauge

Someone suggested earlier to get a Hauppauge WinTV card for my TV tuner, to go along with my V3 3000. Does anyone have one of these? How good are they, and do they have all the functions an ATI would have? Also, do you know if the USB is any poorer than the regular PCI version?

GTS, GF2 MX, and TNT2 all recommend revision 2 agp slots, interesting

ok now i'm not sure...will there be a dropoff if I only have one AGP slot and I get the AIW 32 Radeon DDR?
