Wisconsin, SWAT Team used to kill baby deer. seriously WTF????

I want some more details on "It was like a SWAT team" means. These guys work/volunteer at a no-kill animal shelter, which generally means they are left/liberal leaning, therefore hate guns and are afraid of them. They could have seen one rifle and were like "OMG MACHINE GUNS!!!"

It's not a flaw, it's a limitation of the study. The flaw occurs when journalists try to extrapolate from a study and take the conclusion further than its author's intended to.

New homes in the US won't get door delivery mail anymore

Many of the ones I've had to use in apartment buildings and new subdivisions have several larger boxes for packages that are shared, when you get a package they put it in the larger box and leave the key in your mailbox. You just get your package out and leave the key in the box, I've found it...

Reasons You Stopped Going To Bars/Clubs?

Don't have anyone to go with. It's usually just the SO and I, and that has gotten old after 9 years. We still hit the local happy hour once in a while (especially the ones with good food) and will go clubbing if we go out of town but we stopped going out once/week like we used to.

I use it whenever possible, I have a 200MB limit plan. Usually end up with around 30MB to spare, currently at 80MB used with 2weeks to go so right on track.

I really want to visit Salt Lake City

:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: So good that there's a 30min-1hr wait most nights. They even built a 2nd restaurant, the Red Iguana 2 a block away to relieve some of it but then they got swamped too! I used to live a block away and would get take out every Fri, still haven't found mole that...

2008 Chevy Aveo for $5k

Rented it once, hated it, worst car I've ever rented and now I always make sure they aren't going to give me one when I make reservations. It just felt unsafe while driving, very top heavy and not very responsive (compared to similar cars).

I really want to visit Salt Lake City

And even Mormons need to get a Temple Recommend from their bishop, ie you have to be a member in good standing, be involved, current on tithings, etc. Temple Square has some exhibits and there's always missionaries around to answer your questions, there's also a church museum and the genealogy...

Anyone here a physician?

There's a handful like CA, UT, etc that allows for licensure after 1 year postgraduate training. Although, from what I understand, without board certification it is getting harder to find jobs even in FM/GP/urgent care, rural or other non-coveted settings.
