Cold boots and Random Reboots equal bad PSU?

Ok did what you said about unchecking the restart thing in advanced options and then I rebooted and I got the following blue screen: Bad_Pool_Caller Stop : 0x000000C2 ( ox00000041, ox864EE000, ox000064EE, ox0003ffzf Ok so what the heck does "Bad_Pool_Caller" mean? Anyone Falcon26

How do I tell if PAT is enabled on my intel D875PBZ?

I was trying to find in the bios how to enable PAT on my new intel D875PBZ motherboard, but I can't seem to find it. When I run CPU-Z ID it says PAT is disabled. Yet when I run PC Mark my memory score is 9200 which sounds pretty good. Is their a way to tell if its enabled? THanks, Karl26

Faceplater for Asus P4C800 Deluxe

I just got a refurbished Asus P4C800 Deluxe from Newegg for $89. I thought it would have come with the faceplate, but it didn't. Anyone know where I can get one, or if someone has one and would be willing to let it go, please let me know. Thanks, Karl26 PS. I have noticed a nice improvement...

Computer wouldn't boot sometimes why??????

I save the settings and then it comes back after a few times of turning the computer on and off. I'm wondering if I might need a new MB. I pulled the battery out and put it back in, that didn't help either. What is annoying is it only happens like 6 times out of 10. Should I look into another...

Ok I have an Intel I865 PERL MB. I have 512 Megs of Corsair XMS memory and a P4 2.8 C CPU. I also have a Radeon 9800 Pro. Even so often, now more than before my computer will not start. It powers up and my 2 Vantec Sealth fans come on but my screen is blank. I then hit reset and then it boots...

What range can I expect with 802.11B?

Ok I just got a Netgear 802.11B wireless router and a netgear wireless card. I am going to hook it up to my new HP laptop when it comes. My question is, how far will 802.11B usually go? I want to take it outside my room where the router will be located which is about 100ft. With maybe one wall...

Have you tried O/C your video card? I think running 3dmark 2001 SE is also a good idea. See how much your score improves from the last time you ran 3d mark 2001 se.......also run pc mark and look at the difference.... karl26

New Thermaltake Heatsink/Fan Looks Cool!

Have you tried using your forehead to cool your CPU.......it might bring your temps down alot..... karl26

Yeah that's correct I have the PERLL got it from Googlegear.......and the only difference is the gigabyte lan.....and who cares unless your networked with alot of computers gigabyte lan doesn't do squat..........it wouldn't speed your internet surfing up if that's what your trying to do.......I...

865PE Recommendations?

The Intel Pearl I865PE MB fits that desciption to a T.........I just got it and it has everything you listed its about $140....and has a black PCB layout.........only thing is its not very Overclockable......meaning the Bios doesn't allow you to O/C much....remember its an Intel MB so its more...

Depends how much are you willing to spend a good springdale board is about $120 a good canterwood board is about $200 and canterwood is only a little faster........... karl26

Anyone have Intel's Black PCB 865PE MB?

I was wondering if anyone had Intel's new 865PE Black PCB MB? It looks pretty dam awesome but I was wondering how it would perform. I don't O/C I run stock. I was thinking about getting this board and wanted some opinions on Intel's brand of MB's. Thanks, karl26
