The Zoom H4 looks excellent.. I'm very tempted to buy it. What do you know about the H4 ? Are the microphones built in directional or ambient? Do I only have to point it in the general direction? I'm also wondering how much you could record on the 128MB SD card.. and where's the best...

For those who have tested outlook 2007 beta

Full-screen problems with some games.

Hey, I found a solution, There's a program called 3d analyser by tommi or tommti, forget exactly.. you can force the game in window mode while you change the resolution to what your monitor can handle, plus alot more than just that. Just wanted to let u know. K.

Hmm.. I'm also not quite sure where this would be done.. that is to change the output in the card's settings, or are you talking about just changing the screen's native resolution? The monitor is a dell 3007 wfp, so 800x600 is a bit tiny for it... Not quite sure what you meant by dvi, it...

Hi there, For some reason my monitor doesn't like the resolution 800x600 (I think that's the res which is giving me the problems), and so any game which starts full-screen in it is giving me problems. City of heroes is one, but I found the registry setting to change from fullscreen to window...

quick panic Question

Hi there. I've just ordered a sapphire X1900XT card, and I'm seriously thinking about getting a 30" dell LCD to go with that baby.. However, I haven't been able to find out whether the X1900XT supports WQXGA, or dual-link DVI... Is there a list somewhere which tells you what cards support...

Tbone: Too true man.. I'm sorry I thought people could look at things from the phrasing itself and not the political meaning behind it, but I guess that's impossible because people are too set in their ways to see without their prejudice having an effect. Waste of a good thread. And sorry...

..I'm actually just interested in the basic phrasing of ID and NS.. and to see whether they do infact on that level show similarities, or rather that ID is really a subset of NS regarding species which show intelligence in their mating selection, rather than just screwing anything which walks...

But yet some people think it needs to be taught as science.. I'm just really wondering what could be the reason behind why evolution doesn't convince some people of its' merits, and in my musings over some of the ID text wonder whether this whole thing is just a misunderstanding on the basis...

Because what is it which defines whether a "specific trait that an organism has gives it an advantage over its peers that do not have it" when dealing with species which show intelligence? The basic definition of natural selection and evolution has to work for; organisms with no apparent...

Midnight growler. Well, fact is Intelligent design does not say that a supernatural being is doing the work, only that an intelligence is guiding the evolution of species, and that describes the theory of natural selection exactly. You can read about intelligent design in more detail here...
