Any other long-time computer geeks here who became bored with computer tech?

+1..I haven't been on these forums for 7 years and just remembered about it now. I used to be on top of building rigs annually; last one I built was 1.5 years ago, and before that, just under 7 years.

Microcenter B&M, Corsair 400r Case $69.99 after facebook coupon, no rebates

If I lived any closer to MC I would find it very hard not to pull the trigger on this. They've had pretty good Facebook deals lately, and their i5-2500Ks continue to be the best deal anywhere. Luckily for my wallet they're a good hour's drive from me so I can't take advantage of all these deals.

Seriously? After seeing all of these road rage cases (where people end up dead due to altercations), I figure people would try and avoid these types of situations, rather than make "entertainment" out of it.

Masters in Information systems degrees online?

If you want to make more money on the business side, get an MBA. If you want more money on the technical side of things, get some certs. Extra points if you go for both. IMHO, I don't think a Masters is going to help much, as employers will think you demand a high wage.

Connecting to Console Port on Cisco 1800..

If its not obvious already, I don't have any experience on Cisco equipment. We have a small lab, and the previous manager left us with a Cisco 1800 series router, password protected. I found some information on how to get the password reset, but I'm having trouble connecting to it via...
