New Center Channel suggestions....

I've finally got some cash to get a new center channel.... My front's are Polk Audio Monitor 50 AM5025-A and my budget is $100-120 my screen is 150" so need a honking center to fill it out.. (basement ht) Which of these two are best? Polk Audio CS10 -or- Polk Audio CS1 Series II Or...

Moving to a new home in 2 weeks

Best WiFi router for home use

Incoming low-income housing....

Yesterday the whole community is starting to panic, b/c the vacant land 0.9mi away just got approved to build low-income housing.... ZOMG, what kind of impact can i expect to happen to our home values.... WE are barely 60% of orginal values after crash... Should i start looking to sell?

Philips 60W Equivalent Soft White (2700K) A19 LED Light Bulb (2-Pack) $4.97 Home Depo

I've got 1/3 filament, 1/3 CFL and 1/3 LED lighting in my main room. The you cant tell the difference in my opinion.... Soft White is what my filaments are called, and these look the same.
