Willamette (P4 1.4) on Canterwood?

Would this work for the interim until I can afford new RAM and a new CPU? I have PC2100 DDR RAM and the really old and slow Willamette.

apoppin: i agree. you're right, it's their mistake, they should pay. :P however, there are things the customer can do to protect themself from the agony involved in something like this. if this guy's dad did it all over again he would probably ASK the csr if there are going to be any fees...

Does anyone use ICQ anymore?

i quit using it a while ago too... unfortunate that most people use IM now. ICQ was the best thing when it came out and IM just sucked. now IM has stolen all of ICQ's features. my # is 387803... loooong time ago.

Looking for a good 3 speaker set

1) The THX label on the speaker has nothing to do with hardware or software support. It's a meaningless (IMO) tag put on computer speakers deemed to be "high quality." Here's what Klipsch says about it: Apparently THX is now certifying Dell computer systems as "Multimedia systems." I wonder how...
