i used to be a die hard antec psu fan... i bought like 4 in a row even... then i switched to a 600 watt seasonic and its great... really quite good psu... seriously think about it

then generally speaking... your not going to have the best of the best when it comes to video... dont expect to have the best if your not willing to spend a couple hours switching a motherboard

once again im not as worried about money as i am getting the best hard drive... but that doesnt mean i wanna drop 500 dollars on one... for these reasons the WD with ncq seems very nice...
warrentys dont concern me... but you are very right about having reliability being a big factor over speed since it is a storage drive. For this reason i am settleing with the Western Digital 400gb. It has the speed, space, price, and reliability im looking for.
