How do you pronounce 'Nguyen' ?

How do you pronounce 'Nguyen' ?

Nguyen is also a simplified version. The real name is written with accent : Ngue^~n (both accents on the e). That's why, it's impossible to pronounce it right in English. I tried once to teach the correct way to my friends and nobody can repeat it correctly, not even close, so New-yen is...

Computer From US to Vietnam

I made $1015 at the casino today.

I love how people really think they're beating the casino or they have the "system" to beat the casino. The odd always favor the house and as I remember correctly, Baccara is the one with an odd close to 50% if you always play "bank", but still it's not 50% and you'll loose in a long run...

Best way to cram?

Most exams at Univeristy level require 1 week intensive study if you NEVER attended that class. If you did go to class, 2 days are plenty enough When you don't go to class it's harder since you don't know WHAT the teacher really put her / his time on so you kinda have to study more and not...

Is Maxtor really that bad?

I work in a computer store as a technician for 2 years ...still work part time now I can tell you that Maxtor drive has more RMA than WD and Seagate Maxtor is a good seller because they always come out first with the new bell and whistle: SATA-2 , 16 Mb of Cache etc and they're cheaper...

Can a virus ruin hardware?

Problem installing OS

ok...I've had run into this problem a couple of times. The first phase of installation went fine but after the first reboot, the OS can't seem to load from the HD to continue the installation. My fix is to do a fill zero (a quick fill is fine)on the HD using the manufacture diagnostic disk and...

I watched a few 911 conspiracy video. Some arguments they use can be denied but I have to admit that some of them tickle me. I think the US goverment should release the video of the Pentagon crash. I don't think it's a national security issue whatsoever and it'll shut off the critic once...

Math Problem: You have 2 pipes...

well...I should have included 20 into my list .... but a little calculation will give B > A+B which is false. BTW I read the solution of taking 0.1 out of each 3 x 3.9 pipes for each 2 x 5.9 pipes......very good and simple solution indeed :)
