I am in the process of upgrading my younger kids computers. They both are starting to play Minecraft much more frequently and from what I have read the game is much more CPU dependent than anything. My question is should I focus solely on Ghz or is the generation of cpu have any bearing...

Which version (32 vs 64 bit) to install?

I agree with this...they travel a decent amount and for extended periods away and want to be able to play while gone. A gaming laptop with sufficient specs is way out of their price range at this point.

Best place for laptop batteries?

I am in need of a battery for an Inspiron 4100 laptop. I am pretty familiar with all the online desktop hardware sites to purchase parts but laptop parts are something new. And there doesn't look to be much if anything I can see here on Anandtech FS/FT forums either.
