Question Why graphics card placed in a horizontal position.

I apologize if I missed anything while reading this thread but it seems to me that your main issue here is your Bitfenix Prodigy which is a "tiny" case with not much airflow. You installed a open air cooler video card in here, which by design, needs the case to do the work to remove the heat...

1-Yes, I did, it passes, no problem there. 2-Haven't registered it yet but simply using the serial number, there's a little less than 5 years left. The drive was manufactured a late 2018. It's not a question of warranty, I can exchange it a the store where i bought it for a few days still...

Question How long should a HDD last?

So... .... There's no conventional wisdom on this. Makes sense, there's just too many variables(what you use them for, quality of material, etc...) on top of the fact that it's not an item people tend to keep for that long. I'll probably use them to replace the now 13 years old WD Blue 500GB...

Monitor Life Span

And when they do, you can usually replace them easily as long as you have some basic knowledge on how to use a soldering iron. My good old 22" LG died after 7 years or so. 5$ in capacitors and a few hours later, it was back on and running. It's on its 13th years now.

I wouldn't say a lot better but yes, I agree, in CPU intensive games, I'm sure HT makes a difference. Lucky for me, at least so far, all of those games that I do play are more slow paced types of games like, say, Civilization or Endless Legend just to name 2. With these, I don't really mind it...
