Can you share the specs of the FreeNas box you built? I have a DNS321 and it leaves A LOT to be desired.

Linksys WMP54G and 64bit XP

I have gotten this same wireless adapter working on XP64, Vista 64 and Win7 64. The RT2500 is the correct driver. Are you installing it via Device Manager?

XP Pro to Win 7 Pro 32bit, anyone have regrets?

No regrets on my end and I have been using Win7 64-bit since the beta days (on Ultimate right now). Just a FYI, Win7 may have had a driver for the scanner.

Installed my printer in OSX

Vista and Windows 7 do this (printer drivers are readily available in Windows Update, if not already on the existing installation, or were taken out by users using vLite) and even XP (printers made before they were released and included in the installation). My Brother, HP and Canon printers...

question about linksys usb100m driver for windows 7

Make sure you're pointing the Device Manager to the 64 folder (for the 64-bit driver). Conversely, you can download the 4mb file and run the Setup so it chooses for you. I have tried both methods on this same Linksys device and never had a problem.

Just installed Win7 64 Pro on my SSD: no client mail?

From your own link, just click on Download and run the setup file. It DOES not require a Yahoo account... it reads: Get multiple e-mail accounts in one program – Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo!* and more. The Yahoo requirement is if you want to access the Yahoo account using Windows Live Mail.

Windows 7 32 bit won't see all of 4GB DDR2?

Keys are interchangeable between versions. Just note that you cannot upgrade from a 32-bit install to a 64-bit install.

Hardware profiles at Win 7

I believe Hardware Profiles were removed in Vista and are not present in Win7. You can probably try VHDs for your purposes but to be honest I haven't used Hardware Profiles in a very long time. Our computers are much faster nowadays and don't really need the extra work for marginal results.

Assuming much, I take it? Traditionally, cash is available immediately after depositing. You're right with your second point but if you keep a mental ledger of leaving at least a $50.00 buffer an overdraft will not occur (which is what people should try to avoid).

The $50.00 that you are depositing is in what form (cash, check, money order)? Either way, like spidey07 mentioned why be that close to a zero balance and risk it.
