P8P67 Pro B3 - USB Issue

Just wanted to post that I was having similar issues to the original post (though it's a P8P67 w/ 1401 BIOS, no modifiers). I'm using Corsair XMS3 (2x4gb, 1333) and I had to change the RAM timings from "Auto" to "DDR3-1333" to make it stable again. I also disabled the C3 and C6 reporting, but...

Intel's 1155 DP67BG..review

Any word on when these will be available? Returned my original DP67BA from January since I was within the refund window, and recently purchased an Asus P8P67 in March. I've had far too many headaches with the Asus (and bought it against my better judgment of Asus products). Amazon's saying...

New ASUS 1502 bios

I've got the P8P67 (standard I guess?) and have been getting tons and tons of BSODs, and I've run Memtest with success... maybe it needs a few more passes to really see what's happening. Stock clocks, Corsair H50 cooler. At this point I'm willing to try anything! Thanks!

Are Intel Branded Boards any good?

I've had an Intel P35 board (DP35DP) since July 2008, and have been very happy with it. My first 775 board was a Gigabyte P35, and the board shipped with too early of a BIOS revision to support my E8400. I returned that board and purchased the DP35DP, and have been happy since. I haven't done...

There were rumors floating around of a type of "trade-in" program for Steam that allowed you to resell your licenses. Chances are it would be for Steam store credit if it ever took off, but that would certainly be something I'm interested in. Then again, with all the ridiculous sales on Steam...

None of the graphical settings seem to make a difference, both single and multiplayer are extremely choppy. I've been able to play just about every game on high settings with my setup (though I haven't played Metro 2033)... don't see why this one should be any different. C2D E8400 Radeon 4890...

Reseated the RAM, don't have any paste to reseat the CPU... and there's no jumper on this board, just a button (not even sure what it does, the manual's pretty cryptic), but I've taken out the battery and turned off the switch on my PSU and let it sit for 20 minutes. Assuming it's been cleared...

Old build, just brought it back to school with me from my mom's house. Re: MBR, I can't even see the BIOS information let alone the OS. Last I know I had Ubuntu on the hard drive, anyway. Thanks for the suggestions!

Thanks for the response! Only reason I asked is because I ran into similar issues where the GPU was running at partial speed due to lack of adequate PSU (using some generic 420 watt and an AGP 6800 Ultra). I've fixed the GPU bottleneck by upgrading to an E8400 :)

Mass Effect

Bought and finished this game this weekend, and I couldn't put it down. Like many of you, I loved KotOR (and II, for that matter), but I skipped over Jade Empire (aside from owning it on Xbox... maybe I'll go back!). Either way, I was just as pleased to play the PC version as I was for the PC...
