What does cool n' quiet do?

SuperPI Contest!!!

1m pi 39s so equal to about 39 min and the computer is on for a month without a restart hehe cool and quiet on 800mhz saving on energy..

Why the step back to LCD's?

Lcd monitors are the future , why go back to something bulky when you can have something better sharper image, brighter, space saving and on and on ....

Sonic tower vs. XP120

Dual channel doesnt work with skt 754?

That would be 3 sticks not 2 since 754 mobos carry only 3 dimms

Need help lowering system temps

What is the best way to portition my hard drive ?

Speed up acces times with partitions well i had a 120gb maxtor divided into 2 20 and about a 100 and it was kinda slow specially when working with divx large files over 2 gigs, so i got a raptor 74gb to fix that and now it feels better no more waiting to acces or preview a large files ...

$1000 budget, i think i've got it complete

Looks good but socket 939,pci-e,venice core + some ocz vx ram will much better with little added cost trust me i would do that if i had to do it again......

Wanting to replace my 120mm case fans on my Tsunami Dream Tower Case

its odd that TT rates them at 2000rpm and only 21dba but only 1400rpm and the intake is really noisy at full 1400rpm

What was your first Computer?

First sometime in 1997 paid 1700$ at comp usa with 17inch viewsonic that works till this day on my other rig , rest were builds Pentium II 300mhz slot 1 the only pentium i had and will .... 4gig Seagate sounded like a Grinder 48mb Pc66 Ram 4 mb vid card upgraded to 16mb...

64 3800 San Diego.. Box or after market fan/heat sink?

Im sure its good but not the best by any means, well it depends what you like...... xp90 , xp120 both of these are great for overclocking but if stock and noise level isnt a issue get the box one should be fine i had stock cooler went for a zelman 7700alcu and found out that TT Sonic Tower...

Is my Athlon XP 2800+ really Only Running at 800MhZ

Desktop have cool and quiet and it really helps if lets say your comp runs 24/7 saves power , heat buildup and noise if your fans are adjustable
