Just a note. AFAIK YouTube has NEVER been a business because from its inception it has always lost money. Nowadays doesn't lose so much money as before due to Google making all they can do to break even. It was an objective to break even some years ago but they just gave up and didn't talk more...
Yeah, if I intended to upgrade I would get that combo in a heartbeat. My current PSU couldn't handle a 9070 XT in any form and that one is the first PSU that would show up in my shortlist when looking for one. Overall great price.
HBM in consumer cards was an experiment in productizing the technology. AMD was first with this. It's just that later they had no market to sell it until recently. They thought that cost would go down much faster and they would be able to profitably sell consumer products with HBM.
No gain? Where do you think the HBM and chiplets that MI300 abundantly uses come from? Oh! And X3D processors are just an offshoot of server experiments with stacked cache.
When GPU prices started coming down to earth after the latest crypto craze I set out to buy a new GPU. For the money I was willing to spend I could get an RTX 3050 or a RX 6700 (also a 1660 Ti, LOL). Guess which I bought.

I think I have found another false positive. Testing with a brand new Ryzen 3600 in a B450 board it fails within seconds even at stock and the memory running at 2133. But this only happens with the 64 bit version. With the 32 bit version it works flawlessly and I get 100Gflops...
