I don't believe so. I got it off eBay in September 2018 so even if it's transferable, I wasn't able to get the original bill of sale anyway.
Two of the fans are running great, the 3rd (towards the back) spins up and down constantly when it's under load, causing a vibration sound every 5...
Anyone have experience sourcing fans for GPUs? I have a Gigabyte 1080 Xtreme:

Google searches aren't really helping me much, I end up on listings for fans that are too small as this needs 100mm fans.
Because I think that 2060 will be RTX and a lot more expensive than a 1060. Even so, it doesn't explain why they even bother with upgrading memory on a 1060. The only thing I can think of is that they have an excess of GDDR5x modules so they're using it up on Pascal cards.
I upgraded from my 1700 to a 2600X, losing 2c/4t in the process and never been happier with my PC. I could not run my 1700 at 3.7Ghz forced with any kind of stability, nor my Samsung-b memory over 2933. Had it for a year and hated the damn thing, apart from Handbrake. Leaving it to boost itself...
