The new Cpu, is a Q6600 B3 ... Ok, with the preliminary tests, i can't go higher than 305 Mhz fsb stable, 333 boot, but windows doesn't start. Right now, it's running at 2700 (9x300) with 1.13 volts, so i think the chip can do a lot better. Maybe in the weekend i'll do more tests. I'll...

My experience with this board, is with a E4300, all ok. This week arrive my new Quad CPU (Q6600), so i'm going to start a new "game" with my mobo.

I know. The thing is, in every test done before, i raised the chipset voltage, and now i test just at stock voltages, and it can work perfect :P

playing with the bios settings... and different speeds, I figure that this board can do 400 Mhz fsb (1600QDR) without any raise of voltage. (southbridge,northbridge,vcc or ht link) Running stable with 5x for HT.

I just put a 80mm fan on top of the northbridge heatsink, and the temperatures drop a lot, try that. Before doing that, I could not touch the thing without burning my fingers. Marco.

Someone have problems with EasyTune 5?? When i run the program, after a few minutes, the aplication freeze, and i have to finish from the task manager. The problem happens only with this program. Thanks

it's ok, the lanparty UT Nf4 (ultra/sli/D/DR), doesn't support opteron officially either. But it work's like a charm

Hello, I'm running an E4300, but my C2D have a BSEL mod (with silver paint), because i did it for my old mobo (ECS 945P-A). The Mod it's perfectly recognized by the board, and by default boots at 2.4Ghz (9*266). Right now, am running at 9x366.7=3.300Mhz 1.48v, and my patriot memory (2x1Gb EP)...
