This week I successfully replied to a post. Did they lift the spam filter, or perhaps the problem has been solved? Btw, haven't got a word from JohnCampion, to this day.

Just PM'ed JohnCampion (twice), yet my SentItems folder shows empty. Is this normal behavior? Shouldn't the message be listed there? EDIT: Dumb me :P I just saw there's an option for that in preferences

No fans spinning in standby

There are two main standby modes, S1 and S3. In S1 mode, your CPU is running idle, low-power, and the rest of the system (including fans) is powered on. In S3 mode, CPU is off, system is mostly unpowered, only the RAM is getting constantly refreshed, and perhaps Keyboard/mouse/USB devices are...

Not getting POST need suggestions.

You will need another (working) CPU, use it to test the new mobo first, so you make sure it's fine. Then change cpus only so you can check that 3200+. Else than that, you could ask a friend with a compatible mobo to test the cpu in their system. ;)
