Spyware problem (Udpfloder)

Platform: Win 2K pro. as a workstation. Was using AVG 7.x as the virus protection. Was accessing the web w/ firefox as the browser, Zone Alarm Pro as the Firewall s/w and gaim as the IM client. Two days ago, the AVG resident shield detected the udpflooder.exe deep into many directories...
