The 15% off E&A coupon that came in the mail does not stack with this.
Not bad for no rebate, but tax kills the deal.
At Newegg it's $250 after $40 rebate.
So it's a toss-up between paying tax or waiting for a rebate.
$250 AR for 8800GTS at NewEgg
Foxconn manufactures 80% of all Dell motherboards.
Their quality control is superb. People may complain
about Dell here and there, but Dell sells more motherboards
than any other PC manufacturer.

Careful, this is the first edition of the Lexar 80x, which peformed more like a 40x.
You can tell the editions apart by their model number.
Amazon also has the newer, faster, edition of Lexar 80x, but they charge $299,

The CompGeeks wallet is total crap.
I would not use one even if they paid me.
I have had my $15 400w Powmax power supply for 3 years and it

quite a bit of air. I think it is well worth it for non-critical work
like in a gaming and web surfing machine.
