[Newegg] Asus X79 Rampage IV Extreme OB - 296.99

One thing I never liked about open box items from Newegg - especially the Asus - is that it's just the board and nothing else.. IO shield at minimum would've been good.

+1. $100k doesn't really get you too far.. Granted I live in one of the most expensive metro areas (live in NJ and work in NYC), entire one of my 2 paychecks is spent on mortgage, utility & real estate taxes.. We're planning to have kids, and I honestly don't know whether I'll be able to...

Well, I would think it would be a worthwhile upgrades for people looking to do a minor upgrade from a dual to a quad - and most likely be able to keep all the other parts of the system. Not everyone can afford to overhaul their whole system. :)
