There are a lot of free "anonymizers" out there. Just google free anonymizer and you will find a free proxy to use. I would be careful with private info - as some of these are used to mine cc data since they are so often used for porn/gambling sites.

The only time I clean the inside of my case - maybe when I open it up to install something I will see a layer of dust. Then I blow it out (with my mouth/lungs, not a can), sneeze violently 2 or 3 times, then close the case back up again.

All other clients have no trouble reaching the server. He has checked with his ISP for problems there, and even used different DNS servers instead of theirs.

I have a weird problem with my DNS. The DNS servers are ns1.meanpc.com and ns2.meanpc.com
I can add sites using WHM and they work fine.
