Strange "no signal" glitch

I did look at the cable and connections, I will look at a new cable though. I forgot one symptom While the "no signal" message is in the center of the screen, I can still see the rest of the desktop normally, watch the mouse pointer glide across the screen etc. Until it blanks out for the second.

Strange "no signal" glitch

I have an interesting problem. Every 4-5 minutes my monitor pops up a "no signal" message. After 1 minute the monitor goes blank for a second, The power button flashes green to yellow (standby I think) and it comes back on. This continues on and on. I've tried to research the problem, Tried...

9600gt only pcie 2.0?

Well, I may be stuck! My K8N Neo4 Platinum/SLI seems to be only pcie x16 v1.0a compliant I was ready to hit the buy button on this one! now what are my options? I can't seem to find any 8800gt's that will work in this mobo! :(

Just came home to my new Samsung SCX-4100 multi-function printer. All happy! I tear into the box following the quick install guide. Everything goes real smooth.... untill..... the LED pannel gives me the message [jam 1] or [no cartridge] . Now this is real simple! slide the darn thing in untill...

Amazon? Your going with the customer reviews then. I guess if enough people respond that's good. but if only one or two respond you get a biased view. Are there any site that do printers that are respected?

Ok, I'm looking for a decent laser printer, maybe even a color laser! but I need to read up, get opinons and all that. Looking to spend less then 500 and the less the better! However, having said that I would like to have a reliable printer with good output and speed is not an issue.

Yea Guitar, I think you put in a nutshell. Quality of construction, and the particular feature set I desire. most any of the tier 1 mobo's will most likely have the same amout of problems in the long term.
