Creative Inspire 5300's with Turtle Beach Santa Cruz?

Hi. I'm looking at buying a set of 5.1 speakers to pair with my Turtle Beach Santa Cruz sound card, but I'm a little confused as to the card's capabilities to do 5.1 Dolby Digital for DVD. I'm looking at either the Creative Inspire 5300 or the Yamaha Tss-1B. I'd prefer to get the Inspires...

Please Help with Dual Boot Win2k and Win ME

Hi. I already have Win2k installed on a primary partion and would like to install Win ME on the hard drive's secondary partion. Can anyone provide comments on the best way to do this? If possible I would like to avoid reinstalling Win2k and prefer to do this without reformatting/repartitioning...

Please Help me make my DVD Drive play movies

Hi, My place of work just gave me a new laptop (P3-700, 256MB RAM, ATI Mobility 128 w/ 16 MB RAM, Windows 2K). I can't seem to get the DVD player to run movies. I've tried installing PowerDVD and an ASUS DVD player I have from my desktop's video Card. Asus' DVD player locks up when I try to...

Tc Computers?

I ordered from them a couple of times about two years ago when they had specials going on. Normally it seems like their prices are pretty high. I had to contact their support division for one of my orders and I was given a little bit of a runaround, but they eventually straightened everything...

Hi, I just traded a Western Digital 4.3 GB hard drive to someone from the For Sale/For Trade Forum, and I'm curious to know what, if any, special precautions I need to take when shipping it. I think I've heard that the heads auto park on newer hard drives (anything from the last 4 years or so)...
