Ok all...thanks for your help and if anyone else has this problem I figured it out....I neede to just buy a new Ink cartridge....not the ink....but the thing the ink goes in. Thanks for your help and now I can print!!!!
MKAY...i've tried all that and still to no avail it is still not printing black.....GRRRRR WTF? it is a fairly new printer....i just spent $60 on all new ink so I dont wanna get a new printer so what shall I do?
