Severe pain in lower right back?

That sounds alot like what I have and I'm pretty sure it's Sciatica. I've been waking up three nights in a row and it's fcking miserable, laying down really makes it hurt so I've been trying to sleep in more upright position. I still wake up on my back every time... It started about a week...
