Tabata with a car?

For post workout cardio, which would be better? Doing tabata sprints of a 20/10 ratio, doing the same in meters for a car push, or just getting ladder sprints out of the way, 100 m or so.

Have you considered either good mornings, or Stiff legg deadlifts on a platform? Or finding a friend with an suv and sprinting behind the thing about a parking lot then?

p1400= EGR?

Recentley, my check engine light came on, I ran the car to autozone and was provided with the code p1400. I've been told this was the egr valve, is there anyway to either fix the problem, or clear the codes without the obdII Device? I've got a quote from a mechanic to replace is going to be 211...

Best lifting schedule

As the title asks, what have you found to be a more effective method for adding muscle mass? A full body thrice a week program, an upper lower split, or a one muscle group per day once a week method?

What are your weightlifting goals for over the winter?

I Wish to Clean And Overhead Squat My bodyweight. Also, Double bodyweight in the Bench press and Triple in Squat and Deadlift. C'mon muscle memory!

I typically try to drive lightly, and keep the tach below 2 grand. I would prefer something that will last 30-40k and be quiet. 'Tis a touring sedan, as I would like a quiet tire.
