Portable gaming laptops

changed my mind on portability, looking for more of a desktop replacement with a 17" screen. Battery life doesnt matter.

Portable gaming laptops

Im trying trade in my macbook and desktop for a good gaming laptop. Looking to spend up to $2,000 but would prefer to spend under $1,500 (the cheaper the better). I would prefer a bigger screen but it will be hooked up to a 1080p monitor most of the time so its not a big deal if its smaller...

wow thanks alot for all that, I actually mixed up my screen model. Its 2312HM which I have set to 1920x1080. I will be going over all that useful information and posting back soon with my decision, thanks again.

Thanks for the detailed reply, As far as I know the AMD cards cant use driver-forced AA in FF14, it makes no difference. CCC just came out with a preset for FF14 and I just put that on, it makes no difference still though. SweetFX can be turned on and off and it makes things a bit brighter in...

I have spent hours and countless nights trying to fix this issue for this game, if someone can help me out I will be extremely thankful, I love this game and really want to continue playing it but this constant flickering in the trees, grass, walls and shadows makes it difficult to keep playing...
