I'm building a new system, should I upgrade the PSU?

So I'm building a new system with an Intel E8400 and a Radeon 4850 512 MB graphics card. Is my power supply from my old system enough for these components? This is my first time with a graphics card that requires power directly from the PSU, and I don't really know anything about this 12V rail...
