Just need some help deciding the last couple of things...

Unless you are going to go SLI then I would say sticking with the DFI is the best bet. I just bought a whole new rig and my layout is very similiar to yours. You will not see a big enough difference between the A8N and the Ultra-D. I also bought the Enermax Liberty 500W and love the modular...

Equiv of "nice" for MySQL queries?

Just an FYI you may want to try doing a group by instead of distinct, that is if MySQL supports group by clauses.

iRiver IHP-140 40GB $366 @ Newegg

I just bought the IHP-120 last night and overall I love it. The only gripes I have so far is the high initial learning curve of the interface, the poor fm reception, and the fact you can not record the fm audio.

Dumb question about memory

I have an Asus A7M266 running a 1.4 Ghz classic Athlon. Currently I have 256 MB of PC2100 ram. I would like to upgrade the amount of ram in my machine. Now do I have to buy PC2100 memory or can I buy some cheaper PC2700 memory on sale near me and just run it along side the PC2100. According...
