Hey all,
My subwoofers in my Klipsch v.2-400 system have blown themselves. I'm not interested in replacing the foam surrounding the woofers, or springing for a set of BX5 D2's or A5+ (need to save up!) and would rather get some cheap $20 woofers from partsexpress.com that have the same...
EDIT: Sorry, I reposted in the correct forum. Mods, feel free to lock/delete this thread.

I believe I've fixed the issue.
I had to grant full permissions to the user named "sambashare" which, to my limited understanding, was created by Samba to manage the permissions on all the files it needs access to.
I'm assuming that now if I change anything from within Samba in Webmin, it...
Nice, I have nautilus installed but never thought to use that function.
So whenever you add new files or folders to the parent directory, you have to do these steps in Nautilus all over again?
Disclaimer, I'm a total linux newb so I have no idea how to edit the file permissions in Samba inherently, so I'm using the latest Webmin version on Ubuntu 10.04 Server edition.
Basically, I'm having issues with files and directory inheriting the file permissions of the parents directory...

Gmail gets IMAP.
My question is this, what is the difference between using POP vs IMAP with Gmail, if with POP you are still retaining all your messages on Gmail's server in order to check it from any computer anywhere?
What are the advantages/disadvantages to either/or?

Holy......$200 for an HDMI switch? :(
I don't watch too many movies on the DVD player, so I'll prob maybe just end up switching back and forth between the Xbox and the DVD player. Maybe i should just get the HD DVD add on for the 360........
Sorry, the DVD player is philips, not samsung, sorry.
I guess what it comes down to is which device has the highest video quality output? Some say the cable box, but I've seen sharper images off the cable box than my DVD player. I don't think my DVD player is capable of outputing such high...
So my TV only has 2 HDMI ports, and I have 3 HDMI devices.
I'm definitely going to keep the 360 on one of the HDMI, I just need to decide on whether I want to move the comcast DVR HD cable TV or the upconvert DVD player to the component.
Oh, and I do receive HDTV programming w/ my cable...
Usually for the big bugs, I would hold the tennis racket on top of them and watch them roast. It's like them being on an electric chair, their bodies start to fry and give off an acrid sort of smell. It's fun and disgusting at the same time.
Can you find a 7900GT that's under $200? I can't seem to, but if you can, props to you. The 7900GS would be just find for CS:Source. I play it on my 7600GT @ 1024x768 and it's great.
Here's a decent card for the money, w/ a rebate too to bring it down to $159.99...
My brother got screwed over by Wirefly when he got his new service. I on the other hand, chose another company once I ended my contract with Sprint. I went to www.letstalk.com for a new Cingular plan and received a Sony Ericsson W600i phone for free. I paid $200 up front for the phone, but...
