Problem accessing second hard drive

I have two hard drives in my PC, each has Windows XP installed. I want to access files on the second hard drive so I can transfer them to the newer installation of windows. The second drive is recognized as F and I can even open it. But when I try to access "My Documents" on the old drive it...

What do I need in order to get HDTV on my computer?

I know nothing about HDTV or TV tuners. My video card is a GeForce 7800GT and the monitor is a 20 inch Dell ultrasharp. All I want to do is watch sports in HD. I don't want to record or anything like that. What do I need to get? Do I have to buy a TV card and then order the HD signal...

iPod and car audio

If I want to play an ipod through my car's speakers (without using an fm transmitter) what is a decent cd deck to get? Around $100. I don't care if you can control the ipod with the faceplate or not. All I care about is the ipod playing through the car speakers.

Can't seem to figure this out

Wow. Somehow during the download the program set up two different folders. The files I was trying to open were exactly the same as the real files- same names, took up the same amout of space....but there was actually nothing there the real files were in some other folder, which is where...

I've tried everything but I can't seem to figure this out. I have several XviD avi files that I can only open by clicking on them through utorrent. If I try to open them from their actual location they won't play. When I click on the files through utorrent they all open and play all the...

I need a quiet heatsink for x2 3800+

Thanks. I'm torn between the Freezer 64 Pro and the Scythe Ninja. Would the Ninja provide adaquate cooling in fanless mode at stock temps? I have a CM stacker with one 120mm intake and two 120 exaust fans. If I can get good temps with a fanless Scythe Ninja im tempted to get one.

I need a quiet heatsink for x2 3800+

The stock fan on my heatsink is getting really loud. Whats a decent heatsink thats easy to install and is quiet. My processor is not oc'd so it just has to cool stock temps. Thanks.

Yes the SATA is set to boot first. Maybe the only thing left to try is a reinstall of XP like RideFree suggested.

Just tried setting it to cable select and it still won't work. Any other ideas short of buying a new SATA drive to take its place?

I've tried setting the IDE to master and slave, and changing the SATA to different ports. I don't know what else to do.
