Any advice on why my FTP server hates me?

Yeah, it is lame, I won't complain though. The current set up I had was fast, free, bannerless, and had free domain reg. I'll be moving to a cheap yearly host recommended by RossMAN soon.

Any advice on why my FTP server hates me?

I have this web site. www.magictrading.net. Everything uploads fine. It's a good host. However, in every FTP client , except windows "ftp" I can't see any of my files. They're there! When in windows FTP, I can't see the files using "dir" but only using "ls." apparently something is wrong...

OK, I Have put the MAC address in (from this computer to the router) and plugged the cable modem into the router's WAN port. I'm guessing MAC address is the "physical address" in the local area connection's properties thing Do I have to restart the router or anything? It's still unworking

I tried using the WAN port on the router. When I do this, the LANned computer stops working, and this doesn't help the wireless connections either. I have it in the uplink on the router, and it seems to work for this computer Can someone run me through what I would need to do from SCRATCH if...

WEP is already off, but MAC address filtering...well, I dunno, I searched all the options, nothing even close except "MAC Address" and "URL Filtering" Both are untouched

I called the guy. I ordered last night, and was told that my credit card was authorized, so I would most likely receive the laptop. I wonder how reliable these csr's are.

Just ordered one. The price was AUTOMATICALLY changed in the confirmation price to $948. Good deal. So $1000 after tax - $200 = $800 = what I sold my ZE4100 for.

DVD2ONE, backup any DVD in less than an hour?
