/sad ordered this and got an 'out of stock' email saying that they'd removed the out of stock from my order... also ordered it with an external enclosure and it seems the $10 discount stuck with the enclosure so, $3 enclosure after taxes isn't too bad i suppose. Guess I didn't really need...
The one thing you need to remember is that you must activate on Steam or else your free game key will expire... Learned this the hard way. "Purchased" free game, clicked the button to reveal steam key (on humble bundle site), and then went about my business. A while later (a few weeks I believe)...
I'm guessing (hoping) it's now auto-linking now? I didn't enter my username on 9.5 either and just hit continue. I also noticed that the first entry now allows 1x per day on this one so maybe gleam /whoever is administrating it tweaked how it works a bit?
Hmm, I've had to enter my username each time from the start... that looks normal to me? I just click continue and it shows a check for that entry.
edit: actually I don't think i had to enter my username for 9.5 so maybe it's actually properly linked now?
I wonder if the winners are just not picked yet (e.g. to address possible issues with the email notifications going to spam for everyone) or they decided to hide the results period? Another thing nice about seeing who won was that if you saw your name and had not gotten an email you could...
Ah, so it's up to the sponsors, so maybe some of them want to wait until the 23rd and others just go for it right away (e.g. day 1-3 sponsors).
Congrats on the CPU! (unless it was one of the SSDs, then congrats on the SSD)
It looks like they are announced by displaying the names in place of where you clicked your 'entries' at some point after the drawing is ended. e.g. day 1-3 already have the winners listed. I assume the winner will also get an email (don't know for sure as I haven't won!).
I didn't know this until this last year, but you can just bring the rebate check to the customer service desk and cash them out! Did this in February for cash in hand instead of using it to pay for my purchases at the register. You can use the cash to pay off your statement (or not!).
