Stop Responding at Right Click in Vista Ultimate

Dear All, When I right click in notepad or Windows Sidebar, the program stop responding and windows closes automatically. I'm using Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Any information is appreciated.

Yes, I have the DDR2, 800. so I'm going to rise my fsb and use the lower multiplier. Thanks yuppiejr.

When the performance is the main which one is better for E4300: 1) Multiplier:9, FSB: 200 ==> 9x200=1800 2) Multiplier: 6, FSB: 300 ==> 6*300=1800

Now I'm running it at 2.7 Ghz with vcore: 1.296 and temp: below than 50 C

I'm using stock cooling and HS. I think the 2.5 Ghz it's not the extreme overclocking. so I must pay attention to TAT temp below 60, right?

I overclocked my e4300 up to 2088 (9*232) -don't laugh at me, I'm beginner- I try to find my cpu temp with two program: Thermal Analysis Tool (TAT) and Speed Fan. But they show different temps. TAT:48-58 C, and Speedfan: 30 C. Also my Vcore goes up to 1.392. I don't want any high temp and I...

URGENT HELP!

I descovered when the error occured but I don't khnow why. when I connect my hdd to yellow connector of my mainboard I have this problem, but when I connect it to purple connector i don't have any problem. my mainboard has only one ide port so i connect my two dvd rom to it.
