I wouldn't consider either of them compact utility vehicles. I'm still not sold on the electric steering, but they have added DPC to the F15 which was only available on the E70 M. I'll have to see what they do with the M variant when it's time to trade in, may need to wait for the LCI though...

I just read through the entire ruling and this is what caused it: Had the bakery been willing to provide them a civil union cake it sounds like they would have been fine. I didn't realize they had stated they wouldn't provide one for a commitment ceremony or a civil union, my bad.

A domestic partnership is what is legally recognized in Colorado, not a marriage. If a cake is a cake, why wouldn't they take up the offer to bake them anything other then a wedding cake?

Colorado also does not allow gay marriage, the state constitution states marriage is between a man and a woman. They should have asked for a Domestic Partnership cake.

Can't log into a Surface Pro

Go back to work and login while it's on your work network. You need AD available for the first login so it can cache your credentials, then you can use it at home. Unless of course it has a VPN client running on boot that you can login to before logging on the Surface.

It's tier 4, starts at 2500 points, tier 5 is 4500. I was hoping to get to tier 5 before the launch but it looks like the only way to do it will be to buy DLC from 4 and Horizon and buy tokens.
