There is an actual set of real twists is that it's motion sensitive (which most of us already know) and the L2 and R2 buttons are now triggers, similar to the Xbox controllers. Also, I guess having a "home" button is now standard for game systems, as they've added that to the center.
I play at 1024x768. It's really only the Titan maps that really kill me. The Conquest mode isn't too bad. I'm really not sure what route I should take.
I'm still running an AthlonXP 2600+ Barton. With an X800XL and 2GB of RAM, it's been quite the workhorse, especially for BF2 and Quake 4. I just picked up BF2142 and it's starting to choke a good bit. I'm really wanting to upgrade now, but I can't figure out what to get, considering I need to...
I am using VPC2004 on an XPPro host. Both distros of linux complained about something to do with the hard disk type. Maybe it couldn't mount the disk or something, I really have no idea...but then again, I'm not exactly a guru at installing linux. I'll try VS2005 and/or VMware next.
I would agree that this is a hot deal, but I would disagree with this being a better setup. I've been much more satisfied with Microsoft's input products over Logitech's lately.
I had a Truepower 430 die on me around the same time a friend had one die on him (like, within a week or two of each other). Antec wouldn't warranty the PSU because I didn't have the original store receipt anymore. I probably won't buy another Antec product as a result.
