:D Ok I got it updated to vf11. I used the @Bios utility that was on my cd that came with the motherboard instead of downloading it off the net. It still had to download the vf11 but at least it worked.
Something pretty simple that wasted a day to figure out.:confused:

I am about to replace my 6600gt graphics card with either a 8600gt or 8800gts. I am not sure if the power supply I have is good enough for these. The xfx 8800gts requires a minimum 450 watt psu with at least 30amp total on 12v rails. Also I am not sure what power connection I need for the card...
Thanks Blazer. I noticed on the Gigabyte website they have a utility called @Bios that will automatically update your bios to the correct one. Have you ever tried this? If I update before I install the new cpu then should I update after the installation as well since the cpu has been changed?
