nevermind... i figured it out the new bios adds "boot to memtest86" in genie-bios this option was set to default-on i suppose

Can't boot to drives on DFI Nf4 Sli-D... Update: Solved

Update: Solved see below I just flashed my board with the beta bios, and it just goes to memtest86 at boot... i cant get out of it. If i cancel it it just reboots the system.. What happened? Why cant i boot to any drives? (hdd, cdrom, floppy?) does it have something to do with...

**IMPORTANT UPDATE** Attn: All DFI Ultra-D Motherboard owners!!

I ordered my Ultra-D from newegg. Everything was fine except the floppy controller. No floppy drive/disk/cable combo seemed to work... Sent back to RMA (i had to pay shipping :|)

would it work if i used one of those VGA boxes (ADC -> VGA box) to connect my apple cinema display to the SLi rig?

does that mean that apple cinema displays will not function at all (windows and bios) if you have SLi? or it just wont display bios/post stuff (but windows works OK)

Can nvidia lock out NForce4 ultra to SLI mods?

If you have a modded nForc4 Ultra-based mobo, can nvidia's future drivers ever disable SLI functionality? the pencil mod turns your ultra chipset into an sli chipset (the current revision of ultra chipsets)... now if you bios detects it as an sli chipset and drivers already pick it up as...

Has anybody orded the DFI UT NF4 Ultra-DR from newegg?

i am aware of that.. but for optimal performance, you will also need the SLi bridge connector (or so they say)... the picture shows its included but it may be an erroneous post, since even the box shot is of another product (Ultra-D)

Newegg as the DFI "LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-DR" NVIDIA nForce4 Ultra Chipset Motherboard For AMD Socket 939 CPU for sale. Looking at the pictures, the product is clearly shown to include the SLi bridge connector. Picture My question is, has anybody ordered/recieved this particular board...
