psu probelm

I just get a new antec psu antec truepower 430w, but my case is not arrived, so the only way to test it is to plug it into the power and connect my optical drive and fan controller, but it never give out power to my dvd/cdrw/fan controller. Also, the two fans of the psu never spinned. Is...

UPDATE - I just spent $50 for a mouse pad.

:)if you like high dpi mouse or gaming mouse like diamondback or boomslang 2100, then you will need the mouse pad, I never use pad before, after test the diamondback on steelpad 4s, I never change back

UPDATE - I just spent $50 for a mouse pad.

I bought the steelpads all used, same function but save a lot, 1030 is the best mouse pad for boomslang 2100, but life is much shorter than steelpad and icemat

Choosing a Laptop ... help with specs

these are not good, try ibm thinkpad t40 t41 or t43, very good built quality and nice csr , I have used some acer toshiba, compaq and dell, all make me disappointed me excep the IBM t23 and a31p, I will get a t43 or t42 later

when you make more partition, you will lost more beside the 1000/1024 issue, around 7mb each partition in NTFS system
