Does anyone find it odd that the rebate is being mailed to Puerto Rico? Is this credible? (esp for $160 worth of rebate?)

Citibank has a 'special' going on (YMMV, and I don't know for how much longer): 6% APY for 6mo Short-term CD - min bal $500 I saw this in the paper (Dallas Morning News) and went to open one. Asked the lady how long this would last, she said she didn't know.
