Help!! Booting problem

I have Dell Inspiron 530. When I turn on computer, it shows dell logo and get stuck there. it won't boot windows. If I push f12 and go to boot menu, and select the hard drive, it loads windows. Otherwise it won't detect the windows. I tried to reinstall windows but it would not work...

SBC static IP

I applied for static IP from SBC yahoo. Do I need any special router or special modem? or siemen's modem that i got when i was using basic dsl service and regular router will do same job? thank you

How do i burn movie dvd with dvd burner?

I just purchased dvd burner and i tried to burn a movie for a test... but the movie was like 8gb and my blank dvd is only 4gb ... so it give me an error saying that there is not enough space.... how do i burn such movie that has like 8gb ...

Domain structure in 2003 server... only XP?

i think i forgot to put the DNS address correct... thanks for head up... now i am sure i can use this 2k machines... but how do i join domain with win98??? i thought it was for only workgroup...

i just got my server with 2003 windows... but with my 2k pro clients, i couldn't locate the server... so i couldnt join... i heard only xp clients will be able to connect to 2003 server,,, is it true?

MY Window XP Pro cannot join my Win2k Server Domain, help~!!!

Window XP Pro cannot join my Win2k Server Domain. I made one of my machine as win2k server with domain.(run DCPROMO) and my win2k pro was able to join the win2k domain, but winxp pro would not join the domain.... I set up the DNS server and everything correctly... I heard you have to do...
